Gap-Free, Metal-Free Connections for Sterile and UHV Applications

Aceplus Technology supplies EVAC sTeRIc-clamp™ connections, engineered for applications requiring hygienic, gap-free and fully sterilizable vacuum connections. Available in standard sizes from NW8 to NW80, the system is particularly suited to demanding applications in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food & beverage and semiconductor industries.

The sTeRIc-clamp™ design eliminates the conventional center ring by using a metal-free sealing concept, creating a smooth, gap-free connection with minimal deadspace. This helps reduce areas where contaminants can accumulate and supports stringent Cleaning in Place (CIP) requirements.

Hygienic, Gap-Free Design

The EVAC sTeRIc-clamp™ system is designed without the gaps and deadspaces commonly associated with conventional connections. The seamless transition between the flange and tube helps minimize potential contamination points, making the system suitable for processes where cleanliness, sterilization and contamination control are critical.

The specially designed bellows wave profile also allows cleaning brushes to pass through the connection, enabling in-situ cleaning without dismantling the vacuum system.
