The SOUZ SPH and SPL Series are second-generation scroll vacuum pumps designed to provide stable pumping performance, low noise, and improved vacuum pressure. Their optimised sealing technology allows the pumps to handle condensable vapours, including water and diluted acidic or alkaline vapours, while helping to extend sealing-strip service life.
